Hi, I’m Jackson. My dad, Harmon Canon, built Minnie Beasley’s with the dream of creating something special. After he passed in 2024, I made the choice to take over and carry on his work. I grew up helping him, learning how to make our delicate almond lace cookies and understanding what made this business so meaningful. Now at just 18, I’m committed to growing what he started and sharing our cookies with more people than ever. They are very good
They are very, very good. I like the Christmas and the flavor of them, but if you’re on a budget, I would hold off getting these. They’re about a dollar a cookie and you can sit down and eat 10 of them without an issue but either the chocolate or the regular are very good.
