Hi, I’m Jackson. My dad, Harmon Canon, built Minnie Beasley’s with the dream of creating something special. After he passed in 2024, I made the choice to take over and carry on his work. I grew up helping him, learning how to make our delicate almond lace cookies and understanding what made this business so meaningful. Now at just 18, I’m committed to growing what he started and sharing our cookies with more people than ever. Your Tuiles are really delicious!! We got 2 “original” bags & 2 chocolate bags. We opened one of each so far. Several in the first “original” flavor bag were broken; these were my favorite flavor. Your styrofoam peanuts were good for packing, but I think the carrier tossed the box around. I don’t see a “use by” or “best by” date on the packages. What is the shelf life? Thank you. Cheryl V.

I ordered the chocolate
I ordered the chocolate. The taste was good I had a lot of broken cookies they really took a beating in transit but, I ate the crumbs so that says it all. Waiting for my tin of plain ones to come they’re on the way!
