Hi, I’m Jackson. My dad, Harmon Canon, built Minnie Beasley’s with the dream of creating something special. After he passed in 2024, I made the choice to take over and carry on his work. I grew up helping him, learning how to make our delicate almond lace cookies and understanding what made this business so meaningful. Now at just 18, I’m committed to growing what he started and sharing our cookies with more people than ever. The almond lace tuiles were above and beyond my expectations. I bought the bag but sure wish I had bought a larger quantity. It was hard not to eat the entire bag in one sitting. Highly recommend if you are on the fence. Definitely will be ordering again very soon.

It was delicious, unfortunately for the price it's quite small, and they get crunched up pretty badly. I would buy it again but I'll have to wait because spending 18.00 for the small bag is something i can only purchase every so often.

Incredible Treat!!
They were so delicious. I wish they had Almond flour options because I won’t be able to continue eating them due to my gluten allergy. These are made with flour unlike others I’ve had. Still, I haven’t had a treat so delicious in years.
