Hi, I’m Jackson. My dad, Harmon Canon, built Minnie Beasley’s with the dream of creating something special. After he passed in 2024, I made the choice to take over and carry on his work. I grew up helping him, learning how to make our delicate almond lace cookies and understanding what made this business so meaningful. Now at just 18, I’m committed to growing what he started and sharing our cookies with more people than ever. They’re better than you think they are going to
They’re better than you think they are going to be. The cookie is incredibly light and crispy with the perfect chocolate filling. The packaging is intentional . Somebody put some effort into making sure the cookies stay crisp and don’t get broken up during delivery. Great product, would order again
