Hi, I’m Jackson. My dad, Harmon Canon, built Minnie Beasley’s with the dream of creating something special. After he passed in 2024, I made the choice to take over and carry on his work. I grew up helping him, learning how to make our delicate almond lace cookies and understanding what made this business so meaningful.
